Last week Microsoft released Winget, a command line package manager. In next version of Windows 10, winget will be a default part of OS. Why not release a package of Quickplay on this service? Change the "Maniac Mansion" placeholder to the real name of games.

Maniac Mansion.lnk is just a placeholder for insert games without a real shortcut.

I updated the custom romdata for PC.
