Kega Fusion, Windows 10 and QuickPlay

How to make the above combination work?
When i launch a game (that runs on Kega Fusion) on Quickplay, everytime returns to QuickPlay.

Works perfectly for me too. What's the issue? Is it the fullscreen crash?

Now i use retroarch cores for Sega emulation.
