I'm confused. Because of this post, I made QuickPlay 4.6.6, which enables LZMA2 support: tested and working, confirmed working also by Jaw970. So you should find LZMA2 also works for you if you are using QuickPlay 4.6.6
Could I ask you to download the latest QuickPlay, and set it up on its own (not as an upgrade, its fine for any number of QuickPlay installations to co-exist as they don't use the windows registry), and see if an LZMA2 compressed set is working then?
