Scan for Roms:
Directory with Game/
Game (Region) (Track 1).bin
Game (Region) (Track 2).bin
Game (Region) (Track 3).bin
Game (Region) (Track 4).bin
Game (Region).cue

Scan directory and add Game Name from Game.cue file in list
Sega - Dreamcast list is empty

I only ever use zipped images, so I don't have much experience with directly trying to add .cue files and running them in QuickPlay, it should be possible though, do you have *.cue as a valid file extension for Sega Dreamcast? Rather than add rom can you do a full directory scan (just you'll see the filetypes etc if you do that, which will help troubleshooting - you can do this in a temporary romdata perhaps). Does it work by ensuring those things?
