How to add a System in the System Tree?

I'm trying to add the Vtech Creativision but it doesn't exist in the systems tree... how can i add is so i can add an emulator later on?

Edit: Welp, the console does exists and it's called "Video Technology Creativision" instead of "Vtech" that's why i couldn't find it... but the question still stands, is there a way to add something in the system tree?

Hiya. I think you mean the list of systems - you can go to Utilities/General Options/Core File Editor and click on "Edit Systems" -ok? But yes there are systems that have been added that don't even yet HAVE emulators
